Development of the Magnetic Guidance Drilling Technique in Complex Well Engineering

  • 摘要: 復雜結構井可以有效提高復雜油氣田單井產量和最終采收率,磁導向鉆井技術是復雜結構井鉆井的核心技術之一。總結了近年來磁導向鉆井技術的主要研究進展,包括鄰井距離隨鉆電磁探測系統、螺線管組隨鉆測距導向系統及三電極系救援井與事故井連通探測系統等主要研究成果,重點論述了磁導向鉆井的技術原理及井下磁信標、弱磁探測儀、測距算法及糾偏控制方法等關鍵技術,并介紹了磁導向鉆井技術在SAGD雙水平井、連通井、救援井及叢式井鉆井防碰中的現場應用情況。其中,鄰井距離隨鉆電磁探測系統已在稠油SAGD雙水平井鉆井中得以成功應用,不僅在注入井水平段實現了磁導向水平鉆進,而且在造斜井段也實現了磁導向鉆進。分析認為,需加強多學科協同創新研究,以進一步提高磁導向鉆井系統的耐溫性能或研發新型耐高溫磁導向鉆井系統,實現磁導向鉆井技術在復雜結構井的推廣應用,提高鉆井效率,保證鉆井作業安全。

復雜結構井磁導向鉆井技術進展

    作者簡介: 高德利(1958-),男,山東禹城人,1982年畢業于華東石油學院鉆井工程專業,1984年獲西南石油學院石油礦場機械專業工學碩士學位,1990年獲石油大學油氣田開發工程專業工學博士學位,教授,中國科學院院士,主要從事油氣井力學與控制工程研究。系本刊編委。

摘要: 復雜結構井可以有效提高復雜油氣田單井產量和最終采收率,磁導向鉆井技術是復雜結構井鉆井的核心技術之一。總結了近年來磁導向鉆井技術的主要研究進展,包括鄰井距離隨鉆電磁探測系統、螺線管組隨鉆測距導向系統及三電極系救援井與事故井連通探測系統等主要研究成果,重點論述了磁導向鉆井的技術原理及井下磁信標、弱磁探測儀、測距算法及糾偏控制方法等關鍵技術,并介紹了磁導向鉆井技術在SAGD雙水平井、連通井、救援井及叢式井鉆井防碰中的現場應用情況。其中,鄰井距離隨鉆電磁探測系統已在稠油SAGD雙水平井鉆井中得以成功應用,不僅在注入井水平段實現了磁導向水平鉆進,而且在造斜井段也實現了磁導向鉆進。分析認為,需加強多學科協同創新研究,以進一步提高磁導向鉆井系統的耐溫性能或研發新型耐高溫磁導向鉆井系統,實現磁導向鉆井技術在復雜結構井的推廣應用,提高鉆井效率,保證鉆井作業安全。
